CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS

To be eligible for a refund, notice should be given by email (CoHomeschoolMusic@protonmail.com) as follows:

Withdrawal before classes begin:
Colorado Homeschool Music must be notified in writing at least 2 weeks before the start of classes.

All tuition, uniform costs and associated fees will be refunded except for MakeMusic account set up (approximately $13/each student) and online registration processing fees.

Withdrawal between 1 and 30 days:
A 75% refund of tuition will be given if requested within 30 days of program start minus online processing fees, venue fee and MakeMusic student account set up (approximately $13/each student).

Withdrawal between 31 and 60 days:
A 50% refund of tuition will be given if requested between 31 and 60 days of program start minus online processing fees, venue fee and MakeMusic student account set up (approximately $13/each student).

Withdrawal between 61 and 90 days:
A 25% refund of tuition will be given between 61 and 90 days of program start minus online processing fees, venue fee and MakeMusic student account set up (approximately $13/each student).

No refunds will be given past 91 days. ** 

Note: The MakeMusic account each student has received remains the property of Colorado Homeschool Music. Venue fee and polo uniform costs are non-refundable.

** exceptions may be made based on circumstances such as military orders, a medical injury, or other unforeseen circumstances on a case by case basis.

Upon determining that you are entitled to a cancellation/refund pursuant to this policy, CHM will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the appropriate refund. CHM does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
