One Polo Shirt is required per child for performances. If you do not already have a shirt, you will need to add shirts to your order.$20

What is included with enrollment?
Student Enrollment covers the cost of administrative, and digital supplemental programs that will be used to assist students through the program.
Books and Instrument are NOT included and need to be provided in order to participate.

Do I need to provide the instrument?
Yes, instruments are NOT provided in the program. You can rent or purchase an instrument. Please contact Marsha Brower, founder, before buying an instrument online or from an individual at 303-596-8526.

My student is interested in more than 3 classes, is it possible to take more?
Yes, each additional class is $150.
Can I split the 3 classes between my children and pay tuition for a single child?
No, each student will need to enroll. The tuition allows for up to 3 classes per student. If finances are driving this question please speak with Marsha Brower, founder.
How long is the music program?
Our classes run for the full school year and we meet for 32 weeks.
If my child misses class are there make-up dates?
No, we are not equipped to offer make-up classes. Please continue to practice at home until the next class.
Will there be make up classes for snow days?
Not usually, we have set dates with the facilities we use and other events may already be scheduled.
Is late registration allowed?
In some cases this is possible, but may be dependent on the time of year. Students may be allowed to enroll, but may not be eligible for participation in a quickly upcoming concert. For instrumentalists, a placement audition will be required. Entry into any class must be approved by the instructor.
Cancellations, Refunds & Returns
Refunds minus processing fees shall be given as follows:
A 75% refund will be given if requested within 30 days of program start.
A 50% Refund will be given between 30 and 60 days.
A 25% refund will be given 61 -90 days.
** exceptions may be made based on circumstances such as military orders, a medical injury, or other unforseen circumstances on a case by case basis.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a cancellation/refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
