    Pricing

    Student Enrollment will run the full School Year. Enrollment includes registration fees.

    $545

    Each additional Child will be at a discounted rate of $325, which will include up to 3 classes.

    One Polo Shirt is required per child for performances. If you do not already have a shirt, you will need to add shirts to your order.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    Student Enrollment covers the cost of administrative, and digital supplemental programs that will be used to assist students through the program. 

    Books and Instrument are NOT included and need to be provided in order to participate. 

    Yes, Instruments are NOT provided in the program. You can either purchase instruments or Rent the instrument of choice from a local music store.

    Each additional class is $200 for the year. 

    NO. Each student will need individual enrollment. Your student may only take one class if they choose and we have many students who do since our program is so affordable. 

    The program runs 33 weeks with the exception of inclement weather and there are no make-up days.

     

    No, we are not equipped to offer make-up classes. Please continue to practice at home until the next class.

    In some cases this is possible.

    Yes, if the student transfers in from another program and their skill is at least equal to the skill of the group they are joining. An audition will be required.

    Also, yes, if the student is behind but willing to take private lessons until class level is achieved. Entry into class must be approved by the instructor.

    Mid-Year Registration Classes begin January 6 in Castle Rock and January 9 in Colorado Springs. Each Students' enrollment includes a $75 registration fee.

    Student 1 Information

    Choose Up to 3 Class Programs. Advanced and Drumline will need Audition approval. If your student has no experience, General Music for younger students will be a required course, while older students will be able to enter into a beginning program.
    Each student may take additional Classes beyond the 3 for $200/year per class
    STUDENT PLACEMENT & Instrument Choice
    The ability of each student varies. Some instruments are difficult to play, and your student may not have the ability to play the desired instrument. If the desired instrument chosen is not within the student's ability, they will need to choose another instrument. There are many similar instruments within the same family that your student may be able to play, or they can choose another instrument altogether.

    CHM does not provide instruments. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to provide the instrument by either purchasing or renting an instrument.

    Participation: Students need to be in attendance at least 75% of the time, and in order to participate in concerts, Students need to be at all 4 sessions leading up to a concert.

    ACCOUNT CREATION AND SECURITY
    In order to use the Website or make a purchase on the Website, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree as a condition of your use of the Website and any resources downloaded from the Website that any registration information you give to the Company will always be accurate, complete, and up to date.     You agree that all information you provide to register with this Website or otherwise, including but not limited to through the use of any interactive features on the Website, is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.
    If you choose, or are provided with, a username, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You also acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide any other person with access to this Website or portions of it using your username, password or other security information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your username or password or any other breach of security. You also agree to ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You should use particular caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or record your password or other personal information.
    We have the right to disable any user name, password or other identifier, whether chosen by you or provided by us, at any time in our sole discretion for any or no reason, including if, in our opinion, you have violated any provision of these Terms of Use.
    REFUSAL OF SERVICE
    The products and services available on the Website are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without cause or explanation. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Website, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
    ORDER CONFIRMATION
    We will email you to confirm placement of your order and with details about product delivery. If you do not receive email order confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
    CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS & RETURNS
    Refunds minus any registration fees shall be given as follows:
    A 75% will be given if requested within 30 days of program start.
    A 50% Refund will be given between 30 and 60 days.
    A 25% refund will be given 61 -90 days.

    *Unworn, new shirts may be reimbursed when returned and approved by administration.

    ** exceptions may be made based on circumstances such as military orders, a medical injury, or other unforeseen circumstances on a case by case basis.
    Upon determining that you are entitled to a cancellation/refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
    If you receive a refund of any purchase through the terms and conditions, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you under these Terms of Use or any other agreement. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the information provided to you, including without limitation: video recordings, audio recordings, forms, template documents, slide shows, membership areas, social media groups limited to paying members, and other resources.
    PROGRAM CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
    We try to describe and display and services available for purchase on the Website as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the product or service, we do not guarantee that the Website is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.
